Not a medical device

LittleSoon is a recording tool, not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition and it does not predict when labour will progress or when your baby will arrive.

Always consult a qualified care professional about your pregnancy and labour. In an emergency, contact your local emergency service.

The one-time unlock

LittleSoon is sold as a one-time unlock through the Apple App Store or Google Play. There is no subscription.

The price you pay is the price displayed in the app for your store region and currency.

Restoring a purchase restores access to the paid features. It does not restore contraction history or any deleted content.

Refunds

Purchases are made with Apple or Google, and their refund rules apply. We make no independent refund promise and cannot process store refunds ourselves.

Your account and credentials

Keep the deletion-only credential you were given. It is the simplest way to prove control of a space later.

Anyone holding a viewer link can see what you published for family. Share links only with people you trust.

Acceptable use

Before publishing an update, the mobile app requires you to accept the current Circle rules, version 2026-09-15. Selecting photos alone does not publish or send them. Reading and joining do not require acceptance.

Do not publish sexually explicit or pornographic material; sexual exploitation or sexual abuse material; threats, harassment or hate; graphic or glorified violence; privacy abuse; spam, fraud or illegal content. Ordinary nonsexual pregnancy, birth, postpartum or feeding context is not prohibited just because it involves the body.

Only upload text and photos you have the right to share. Get the consent of every person shown where consent is required, and never expose someone’s private information without permission.

LittleSoon may apply bounded automated checks to text and photos. Automated checks can miss harmful material or make mistakes. We may remove an update or restrict a Circle participant when appropriate.

Availability

The timer works offline by design. The sharing backend is a network service and may be unavailable for maintenance or reasons outside our control.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be shown in the app or on this page with a new date above.
